To provide a building wall material 10 excellent in on-site workability which can magnetically attach a magnet.SOLUTION: A building wall material is constructed from a steel plate 1 to which a magnet can be magnetically attached, a substrate 2 bonded to one side of the steel plate 1, and a backing paper 3 bonded to the other side of the steel plate 1.EFFECT: It is not necessary to apply a primer treatment to a surface of the steel plate as in the prior art, and a wallpaper can be attached using a glue, and the on-site workability is excellent since the backing paper is attached to the surface of the steel plate to which the magnet can be magnetically attached. And the work of replacing the wallpaper can also be easily performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 マグネットを磁着させ得る現場施工性に優れた建築壁材１０を提供すること。【解決手段】 マグネットを磁着させ得る鋼板１と、鋼板１の一面に貼り合わされた基板２と、鋼板１の他面に貼り合わされた下地紙３とから建築壁材を構成した。【効果】 マグネットを磁着させ得る鋼板の表面に下地紙が貼り合わされているので、従来のように鋼板面に対するプライマー処理を施す必要がなく、そのまま糊剤を用いて壁紙を貼り付けることができ、現場施工性に優れている。さらに、壁紙の貼り替え作業も容易に行うことができる。【選択図】 図１
