To accurately acquire operation power applied on an operation handle by a user when opening/closing an opening/closing body of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An operation power acquisition device for a vehicle opening/closing body which acquires operation power applied on an operation handle by a user when opening/closing an opening/closing body of a vehicle includes: a rotational axis connected to the operation handle and rotating around a center of the axis in accordance with operation of the operation handle by the user; an elastic body bending in a rotational direction of the rotational axis in accordance with rotation of the rotational axis; a rotation angle sensor detecting a rotation angle of the rotational axis; and an arithmetic processing unit calculating operation power applied on the operation handle based on the rotation angle of the rotational axis detected with the rotation angle sensor and a spring constant of the elastic body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
