To achieve stable operation of a vehicle opening/closing body upon initiation of opening/closing movement thereof.SOLUTION: A proportional gain Kp_a of the feedback control in a correction period TPa, which is the period corresponding from the start of driving of a back door 3 by an opening/closing drive unit 104 in a first position to the end of an acceleration range Za, is different from a proportional gain Kp_n of the feedback control in a normal period TPn, which is the period from the end of the correction period TPa to the end of driving of the back door 3 by the opening/closing drive unit 104 after the back door 3 reaches a second position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
