FENDER MATERIAL STRUCTURE
To provide a fender material structure which protects a fender material body without labor, reduces replacement frequency of a whole fender material, and can be easily applied to an existing fender material.SOLUTION: A fender material structure 1 includes: a fender material body 11 which is formed of an elastic material and includes an impact-receiving part 13 for alleviating impact during aboardage of a vessel; and an impact-receiving part cover body 41 which is formed of an elastic material and is detachably mounted so as to cover a whole surface 14 of the impact-receiving part 13 of the fender material body 11. When being installed on a pier with a longitudinal direction as a horizontal direction, the impact-receiving part cover body 41 has protective members 61a and 61b covering a part of the impact-receiving part 13 side among corresponding side face parts 17a and 17b of the fender material body 11 provided on both ends 47a and 47b. Thereby, only the damaged impact-receiving part cover body 41 can be replaced, which reduces replacement frequency of the whole fender material structure 1. The protective members 61a and 61b can reduce the possibility of damage of the side face parts 17a and 17b of the fender material body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 手間なく防舷材本体を保護して防舷材全体の交換頻度を低減すると共に、既存の防舷材にも容易に適用できる防舷材構造体を提供する。【解決手段】 防舷材構造体1は、弾性材料からなり、船舶の接舷時の衝撃を和らげるための受衝部13を含む防舷材本体11と、弾性材料からなり、防舷材本体11の受衝部13の表面14の全体を覆うように分離自在に取り付けられる受衝部カバー体41とから構成されている。又、受衝部カバー体41は、長手方向を水平方向にして岸壁へ設置した時に、両端部47a、47bに、対応する防舷材本体11の側面部17a、17bのうちの受衝部13側の一部を覆うような保護部材61a、61bが備えられる。これにより、損傷した受衝部カバー体41のみを交換することができるため、防舷材構造体1全体の交換頻度が低減する。又、保護部材61a、61bによって、防舷材本体11の側面部17a、17bの破損の虞を低減できる。【選択図】 図1
