The waterproof material 20 includes a range where, when viewed along the direction perpendicular to a surface of the stainless steel plate 10, which is located on the side of the waterproof material 20 and the rubber fender 30, an end part of the rubber fender 30, which is located on the side of the waterproof material 20 and the stainless steel plate 10, overlaps the stainless steel plate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
