FOAM PRESSER TOOL AND FOAM FIXING METHOD
To provide a foam presser tool which is simple in structure and low in cost, and can be recycled.SOLUTION: Provided is a foam presser tool 1 for pressing a foam 100 having a flange 102 consisting of an extending part 102A extending in an orthogonal direction to a weir surface 101A in a lower end of a weir plate part 101 for forming the weir surface 101A and a rib 102B extending in parallel from the extending part 102A to the weir surface 101A. The foam presser tool comprises: a pressing part 10 for pressing by abutting with a flat plate surface on an upper surface of the extending part 102A; a straddling part 20 raised upward from the pressing part 10 and going down to a fixing surface 103 for fixing the foam presser tool 1 by straddling the rib 102B; a fixing part 30 extending from the straddling part 20 while facing the fixing surface 103 and held with nails to the fixing surface 103; and a rib abutment part 40 extending toward a side surface of the rib 102B straddled by the straddling part 20 and abutting the side surface of the rib 102B. The rib 102B is positioned by being interposed between the rib abutment part 40 and a first standing wall portion 21 of the straddling part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】構造が簡単でコストが安く、再利用することが可能な型枠押さえ具の提供。【解決手段】堰止面１０１Ａを形成する堰板部１０１の下端に、堰止面１０１Ａと直交する方向に延びる延出部１０２Ａと、この延出部１０２Ａから堰止面１０１Ａと平行に延びるリブ１０２Ｂとからなるフランジ１０２を有する型枠１００を押さえる型枠押さえ具１であって、延出部１０２Ａの上面に平板面で接して押さえる押え部１０と、押え部１０から上方へ立ち上がり、リブ１０２Ｂを跨いで当該型枠押さえ具１を固定する固定面１０３まで下りる跨ぎ部２０と、跨ぎ部２０から固定面１０３に面して延び、固定面１０３に釘打ち固定される固定部３０と、跨ぎ部２０によって跨がれるリブ１０２Ｂの側面に向かって延び、リブ１０２Ｂの側面に当接するリブ当接部４０とを有し、リブ１０２Bがリブ当接部４０と跨ぎ部２０の第１の立壁部２１との間に挟まれることにより位置決めされる。【選択図】図７
