ROADBED IMPROVEMENT METHOD
To provide a roadbed improvement method that has good workability and can improve a roadbed of a railroad suitably while enlarging a construction area.SOLUTION: A roadbed improvement method comprises: a ballast removal/existing roadbed exposure step of removing existing ballast and exposing an existing roadbed 5; an existing roadbed excavation step of excavating the roadbed 5 and forming a recess 6 in a construction area; a crushed stone packing step of packing crushed stone 7 in the recess 6 by laying the crushed stone and forming a packed crushed stone layer 13; a grout material packing step of injecting and packing a grout material 16 in the packed crushed stone layer 13; and an inlet and confirmation port exposure formation means installation step of installing, at the grout material packing step, inlet and confirmation port exposure formation means for exposing and forming an inlet 14 in which the grout material 16 is injected and a packing confirmation port 15 for confirming a packing state of the grout material 16 each in the packed crushed stone layer 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】施工性に優れ、施工領域を大きくして好適に鉄道の路盤改良を行うことを可能にする路盤改良工法を提供する。【解決手段】既存の道床バラストを撤去して既存の路盤5を露出させる道床バラスト撤去/既存路盤露出工程と、路盤5を掘削して施工領域に凹所6を形成する既存路盤掘削工程と、凹所6に砕石7を敷き詰めて充填し、充填砕石層13を形成する砕石充填工程と、充填砕石層13にグラウト材16を注入充填するグラウト材充填工程とを備えるとともに、グラウト材充填工程を行う際にグラウト材16を注入するための注入口14とグラウト材16の充填状況を確認するための充填確認口15をそれぞれ、充填砕石層13に形成、露出させるための注入口・確認口露出形成手段を設置する注入口・確認口露出形成手段設置工程を備える。【選択図】図8
