ROAD'S GUARD FENCE AND STEEL FOUNDATION MEMBER OF ROAD'S GUARD FENCE, AND THEIR CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide, by materializing a steel foundation member of a road's guard fence capable of solving the issues regarding conventional foundations at one time, a road's guard fence and a steel foundation member for the road's guard fence together with their construction method, which are remarkably superior in handling ability, workability, economical efficiency and global environment performance.SOLUTION: A steel foundation member 10 has a hollow part for receiving a pillar, is formed like a wall that is long in the road's extension direction, and is constituted to be capable of being buried in the ground with driving machine. The aforesaid steel foundation member 10 is composed, for example, by joining a hollow square steel pipe 1 or a U-shape section steel and a wall-shape steel material (e.g. steel plate) 2 that is long in the road's extension direction, all said materials being arranged roughly to be the same height. A hat-sectional steel (e.g. steel sheet pile) 3 is joined to the aforesaid wall-shape steel material 2, surrounding the aforesaid hollow square steel pipe 1 or the U-shape section steel. A cover material (e.g. equal angle steel) 4 is provided at the lower end of the aforesaid hollow part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の基礎に関する課題を一度に解決できる道路用防護柵の鋼製基礎部材を実現することにより、ハンドリング性(取り扱い性)、作業性、経済性、および地球環境性に非常に優れた道路用防護柵の鋼製基礎部材及び道路用防護柵並びにその構築工法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼製基礎部材10は、支柱を受け入れる中空部を備え、かつ道路延長方向に長い壁状に形成されており、打込機により地中に埋設可能な構成である。前記鋼製基礎部材10は、例えば、高さを略揃えた、前記中空角形鋼管1又は断面略コ字形鋼と、道路延長方向に長い壁状鋼材(例えば平鋼板)2とで前記中空部を形成するように接合されてなる。また、断面ハット型の形鋼(例えば鋼矢板)3が、前記中空角形鋼管1又は断面略コ字形鋼を囲むようにして前記壁状鋼材2に接合されてなる。前記中空部の下端部には、蓋材(例えば等辺山形鋼)4が設けられている。【選択図】図1
