To provide a steel guard fence capable of achieving both weight reduction and member yield strength required for a guard rail.SOLUTION: A steel guard fence 10 comprises a support, a connection tool, a connection part 20 connected to the support via the connection tool and extending along the vertical direction, and a pair of first walls 21 extending from upper and lower ends of the connection part 20 toward a side opposite to the support, a pair of second walls 22 extending from tips of the pair of first walls 21 in a direction away from each other along a vertical direction, and a pair of third walls 23 extending from tips of the pair of second walls 22 toward a side of the support, and a beam 16 formed of one steel plate having a pair of lips 24 having base parts extending from the tips of the pair of third walls 23 along the vertical direction toward a direction separating from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
