PROTECTIVE MATERIAL OF GUIDE MEMBER
To provide a protective material (or a cure material) and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of effectively protecting a guide member, by making both compatible in an installation property and a holding property to the grooved guide member.SOLUTION: A protective material 11 comprises a covering part 12 formed of resin foam and arrangeable on the groove part side by covering groove parts 2 and 3 of a guide member 1 such as a head jam, a fitting part 13 formed in this covering part and installable or fittable to the groove parts 2 and 3 of the guide member 1 and a sandwiching part 14 extending from a side part (or an end part) of the covering part 12 and arrangeable on a side wall or a rear part wall of the guide member 1 (or capable of holding or sandwiching the side wall or the rear part wall). The guide member 1 is protected by installing the protective material 11 in the guide member 1. Further, the sandwiching part 14 is not necessarily required.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溝付き案内部材に対する装着性と保持性とを両立可能であり、案内部材を有効に保護できる保護材（又は養生材）とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】保護材１１は、樹脂発泡体で形成され、鴨居などの案内部材１の溝部２，３を覆って溝部側に配置可能な被覆部１２と、この被覆部に形成され、前記案内部材１の溝部２，３に対して装着又は嵌合可能な嵌合部１３と、前記被覆部１２の側部（又は端部）から延び、前記案内部材１の側壁又は後部壁に配置可能（又は側壁又は後部壁を把持又は挟持可能）な挟持部１４とを備えている。前記案内部材１に保護材１１を装着し、案内部材１を保護する。なお、挟持部１４は必ずしも必要ではない。【選択図】図１
