ROAD SURFACE CUTTING METHOD AND ROAD SURFACE CUTTER
To provide a road surface cutting method and a road surface cutter capable of cutting a surface layer without shaving a foundation in an asphalt pavement.SOLUTION: A road surface cutting method comprises a previous measurement process of measuring a surface layer thickness from a road surface by acquiring a road surface uneven shape by measuring the road surface, a design data creation process of creating design data of calculating a surface height and the cutting depth of a foundation of respective parts from present state data of associating the measured road surface uneven shape, the surface layer thickness and its position information, a cutting position determination process of setting the lowest position where cutting means and a surface of the foundation become noncontact as the construction cutting depth of the cutting means by comparing an undersurface of the cutting means inclined to an inclination angle and the cutting depth in a passing position of the cutting means by determining the inclination angle of the cutting means on the basis of the cutting depth under both end parts of the cutting means in the cutting position and a cutting process of cutting the surface layer while controlling an attitude of the cutting means so that the cutting means becomes the inclination angle and the construction cutting depth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】アスファルト舗装において、下地を削ることなく表層を切削できる路面切削方法および路面切削機を提供する。【解決手段】路面表面を測定して路面凹凸形状を取得するとともに、路面表面からの表層厚さを測定する事前計測工程と、計測された路面凹凸形状および表層厚さとその位置情報を関連付けた現況データから各部の下地の表面高さと切削深さが算出された設計データを作成する設計データ作成工程と、切削位置における切削手段の両端部の下方の切削深さに基づいて切削手段の傾斜角度を決定するとともに、当該傾斜角度に傾斜させた切削手段の下面と当該切削手段の通過位置における切削深さとを比較して、切削手段と前記下地の表面とが非接触となる最下の位置を切削手段の施工切削深さとする切削位置決定工程と、切削手段が傾斜角度と施工切削深さになるように切削手段の姿勢制御を行いつつ前記表層の切削を行う切削工程とを備えている。【選択図】図4
