STRING OF BOX-SHAPED STRUCTURES CONSTITUTING CONVEX CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONVEX CONNECTION STRUCTURE
To provide a box-shaped structure and a construction method using it, with which the usage of a string of the box-shaped structures to constitute a convex connection structure for constructing a large roof or an arch structural body of a bridge eliminates the necessity of supporting and reduces the construction period and cost.SOLUTION: A construction method for arches or convex connection structures in this invention does not use supporting. A string of box-shaped structures 1a are lined up on a base 1b, having spaces each of which expands downward between the box-shaped structures. A tensile member 4a is arranged through the string of box-shaped structures. Tensing the tensile member closes the spaces opened downward, and makes the box-shaped structures located in the middle part afloat forming an arch or a convex figure. Upon a target figure being formed, hardening material is filled in the box-shaped structures to early construct a stronger convex connection structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】凸状連結構造物を構成する一連の箱状構造物を用いて大屋根や橋梁のアーチ構造体を構築する場合に、支保工を必要とせず、工期と工費を削減する箱状構造物と構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】アーチや凸状連結構造物の構築方法は、支保工を採用しない。一連の箱状構造物1aを基盤1b上に並べ、箱状構造物の間に下に開いた空間を設ける。一連の箱状構造物を通じて引張材4aを配置し、引張材を引張することで下に開いた空間が狭まり、中央部分に位置する箱状構造物を浮き上がれせる方法でアーチや凸型を形成する。形が出来てから、箱状構造物の内部に固結材を注入してより強固な凸状連結構造物を早期に構築する。【選択図】図2
