POROUS BODY WITH CARBON FILM
To provide a porous body with carbon film in which a permeability rate is large and a stable separation performance is obtained when used as a separation film for separating low-molecular-weight components from a mixture.SOLUTION: A porous body 1 with carbon film comprises: a ceramic porous substrate 2 having first ceramic particles 5 and first pores 6; a composite layer 3 disposed on one face of the ceramic porous substrate 2 and including second ceramic particles 7 and a carbonaceous material 8; and a carbon film 4 disposed on the surface of the composite layer 3 and including glassy carbons. The ten-point average surface roughness of the carbon film 4 is preferably 300 nm or more, and preferably 1,000 nm or less. The average thickness of the carbon film 4 is preferably 10 to 150 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
