POROUS BODY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING POROUS BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new porous body having a plurality of pores elongating to a prescribed angle direction to the length direction of the porous body, and a method for producing a porous body capable of arranging the plurality of pores in the porous body, respectively to the same optional direction.SOLUTION: Provided is a porous body formed of ceramic, glass or metal and having a plurality of pores formed so as to elongate in a prescribed direction and also having a thickness direction and a length direction, and each of the plurality of pores is arranged in a direction with an angle of 10 degrees or more with respect to the length direction and along one direction mutually, the pore size of the plurality of holes being 0.01 to 50 μm, respectively. Solid particles as a base metal, a magnetically anisotropic material removal by heating and a solvent are mixed to produce slurry, the slurry is placed in a mold, a magnetic field is applied to arrange the magnetically anisotropic material in a fixed direction, heating is performed, and the magnetically anisotropic material is removed to form the porous body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】多孔体の長さ方向に対して所定の角度方向に伸びるような複数の孔を有する新規な多孔体、及び、多孔体中の複数の孔をそれぞれ同一の任意な方向に配列させることが可能な多孔体の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】セラミックス、ガラス又は金属で形成されており、所定方向に伸びるように形成された複数の孔を有し、且つ、厚み方向と長さ方向とを有し、複数の孔は、それぞれ長さ方向に対して10度以上の角度を有する方向であって、且つ、互いに一方向に沿うように配列されており、複数の孔の孔径が、それぞれ0.01〜50μmである多孔体。母材としての固体粒子と、加熱により除去できる磁気異方性材と溶媒を混合し、スラリーを作製し型に入れ、磁場を印加して磁気異方性材を一定方向に配列させ、加熱して磁気異方性材を除去して形成する多孔体。【選択図】図7
