To provide a parting structure of an eaves soffit plate capable of suppressing an increase in kinds of parting materials by enabling parting materials to be attached to a plurality of kinds of eaves soffit plates having different thicknesses.SOLUTION: An eaves soffit plate 36 is provided on an eaves part of a roof part of a building. A parting material 42 extending along an outer wall side end part 36a is attached to the end part 36a of the eaves soffit plate 36. The parting material 42 has a first groove part 45 opened toward the eaves edge side, and is attached to the eaves soffit plate 36 by inserting the outer wall side end part 36a of the eaves soffit plate 36 into the first groove part 45. The first groove part 45 has a near side part 61 on the groove opening side, and a depth side part 62 located on the deeper side of the groove part than the near side part 61 and having a groove width smaller than that of the near side part 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】見切り材を厚みの異なる複数種類の軒天板に取付可能とすることで、見切り材の種類が増大するのを抑制することができる軒天板の見切構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物において屋根部の軒部には軒天板３６が設けられている。軒天板３６の外壁側端部３６ａには、当該端部３６ａに沿って延びる見切り材４２が取り付けられている。見切り材４２は、軒先側に向けて開放された第１溝部４５を有し、その第１溝部４５に軒天板３６の外壁側端部３６ａを挿入させることで当該軒天板３６に取り付けられている。第１溝部４５は、溝部開放側の手前側部分６１と、その手前側部分６１よりも溝部奥側であってかつ当該手前側部分６１よりも溝幅が小さい奥側部分６２とを有している。【選択図】 図３
