BATTEN MOUNTING STRUCTURE
To provide a batten mounting structure which can improve the aesthetic property of an opening/closing body.SOLUTION: There is provided a mounting structure of a batten 60. The batten 60 constitutes an opening/closing body 20 for opening/closing an opening 3 of a house, the opening/closing body 20 including a glass body 30 made up of at least one glass plate and a plurality of stiles surrounding the periphery of the glass body 30, the batten 60 being configured to support the glass body 30 by being abutted partially with the periphery of the glass body 30 directly or indirectly. The batten 60 and a first batten side portion 61 are formed as a single piece member, the first batten side portion 61 being a side portion which is one of side portions of the batten 60 and which is provided so as to cover the entire side surface on either side of the depth direction in an upper stile 43 to which the batten 60 is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
