CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR FROST DAMAGE RESISTANT CONCRETE
To provide a method of contributing to promoting recycling industrial waste and reducing material cost by making use of off-specification fly ash cement by JIS standard as a cement admixture for use in a cement composition for frost damage resistant concrete.SOLUTION: The cement composition for use in producing a frost resistant concrete with an air content therein of 3.0 to 6.0%, comprises a cement material comprising fly ash having a mean value of ignition loss of more than 5.0%, aggregate, hollow resin beads of a diameter of not smaller than 0.01 mm and not larger than 0.1 mm, an AE agent, and water. The content of the fly ash preferably is 5 to 30 volume% relative o the cement material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐凍害性コンクリートのセメント組成物に用いるセメント混和材として、「非ＪＩＳフライアッシュセメント」の活用を可能とし、材量コストの削減と産業廃棄物のリサイクル促進に寄与する方法の提供。【解決手段】空気量が３．０〜６．０％である耐凍害性コンクリートの製造に用いるセメント組成物であって、強熱減量の平均値が５．０％を超えるフライアッシュを含有するセメント材と、骨材と、直径０．０１ｍｍ以上０．１ｍｍ以下の樹脂製の中空ビーズと、ＡＥ剤と、水と、を含んでなる、セメント組成物を用いる。好ましくは、フライアッシュの含有量が、前期セメント材に対する割合で５〜３０体積％であることが望ましい。【選択図】図１
