FORK PARKING SYSTEM AND OPERATION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a fork parking system and an operation method thereof without increasing installation space to be necessary capable of facilitating car access operation to the parking system arranged without any interference object (e.g., guide rails and columns) obstructing the access operation to the parking system to mitigate oppression and tense feeling.SOLUTION: A load transferring area 20 arranged between an access floor 10 to a parking and a storage floor 16 and a lifting cage 30 lifting a vehicle 1 loaded on a cage tooth part 32 in a comb-like shape through a lifting passage 3 between the load transferring area and the storage floor 16 are provided. Further, a lift device 40 vertically lifting the vehicle loaded on the lift tooth part 42 in the comb-like shape between the access floor to the parking and the load transferring area and a tooth part retreating device arranged in the load transferring area 20 to make the cage tooth part 32 retreat outside of the lifting passage 3. A cage tooth part 32 and the lift tooth part 42 are placed in different positions in a plan view. Further, the lift device 40 comprises a horizontally holding mechanism 43 to hold a posture of the lift tooth part 42 without arranging guides which may obstruct access operation of the vehicle 1 to the parking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】必要設置面積を増やすことなく、車両の入出庫作業の妨げとなる干渉物(例えば、ガイドレールや支柱)がなく、圧迫感、緊張感を緩和して入出庫作業を容易にできるフォーク式駐車装置とその運転方法を提供する。【解決手段】入出庫フロア10と格納フロア16との間に設けられた載替領域20と、載替領域と格納フロア16の間で、くし型のケージ歯部32に車両1を載せて昇降路3を昇降する昇降ケージ30とを備える。さらに、入出庫フロアと載替領域との間で、くし型のリフト歯部42に車両を載せて鉛直に昇降させるリフト装置40と、載替領域20に設けられケージ歯部32を昇降路3の外側に退避させる歯部退避装置とを備える。ケージ歯部32とリフト歯部42は、平面視において位置が異なる。また、リフト装置40は、水平保持機構43を有し、車両1の入出庫作業の妨げとなるガイドを設けることなくリフト歯部42の姿勢を保持する。【選択図】図1
