ZIRCONIA CALCINED BODY FOR DENTISTRY
To provide a zirconia calcined body for dentistry which suppresses reduction of light transmissivity of a sintered body when main sintering is performed even when wet processing is performed using a contaminated cooling solvent, in which crack or the like does not occur compared with a case when a normal zirconia calcined body is subjected to dry processing and then main sintering is performed and equal light transmissivity is acquired.SOLUTION: There is provided a zirconia calcined body for dentistry in which, an impregnation material satisfying the following (A), (B), (C) is impregnated: (A) the impregnation material is a solid body at 25°C; (B) the impregnation material has hydrophobic nature; (C) a boiling point of the impregnation material is equal to or less than a proper firing temperature of the zirconia calcined body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】汚染された冷却溶媒を用いて湿式加工した場合でも、本焼成を行った際に焼結体の透光性低下が抑制され、通常の歯科用ジルコニア仮焼体を乾式加工して本焼成した場合に比べ、割れなどが発生せず、同等の透光性が得られる歯科用ジルコニア仮焼体を提供すること。【解決手段】ジルコニア仮焼体に下記(A)、(B)及び(C)を同時に満たす含浸材が含浸されていることを特徴とする、歯科用ジルコニア仮焼体。(A)25℃で固体である。(B)疎水性を有する。(C)沸点が該ジルコニア仮焼体の適正焼成温度以下である。【選択図】なし
