DOOR LOCK DEVICE AND ATTACHING METHOD OF THE DOOR LOCK DEVICE TO VEHICLE DOOR
To provide a door lock device capable of attaching an operation part first and subsequently a lock mechanism.SOLUTION: Disclosed door lock device includes an operation part attached to a mounting part, and a lock mechanism having a key rotor for switching between an unlock state and a lock state. The operation part includes: a cylinder that gets to be rotatable when a key is inserted, a transmission member which is operatively connected to the lock mechanism for transmitting the rotation of a cylinder to the lock mechanism, and a connection part that supports the transmission member in a swingable manner and connects the cylinder and the transmission member so as to transmit the rotation of the cylinder to the transmission member. The key rotor includes an engaging part that is configured to receive the tip of the transmission member in a removable manner preventing a relative rotation, and a receiving part that is configured so as to, in a state before the lock mechanism is caused to get closer to transmission member from a first position and cause the transmission member to swing and operably connect, receive the transmission member in a state being inclined at a predetermined angle toward the first position with respect to rotation axis of the transmission member after the operational connection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
