RAISED FLOOR PANEL STRUCTURE, AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURE USING RAISED FLOOR PANEL
To easily and quickly perform an installation work (an assembly work) and a disassembly and removal work in an installation site.SOLUTION: A raised floor panel 5 is constituted of: a plurality of vertical reinforcements 38a longitudinally extending between metal frames 37; a plurality of horizontal reinforcements 38b horizontally extending between the frames 37 and welded to the frame 37; and a plate-shaped concrete 39 embedding the vertical reinforcements 38a and the horizontal reinforcements 38b inside the frames 37. The frame 37 includes: a vertical wall 37d becoming an outer peripheral wall of the frame 37; and a horizontal wall 37e extending from both upper and lower ends of the vertical wall 37d to an inside of the frame 37. After charging the concrete 39, the plate-shaped concrete 39 is interposed in a groove formed by the vertical wall 37d and the horizontal wall 37e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
【課題】設置現場における設置作業(組立作業)及び分解撤去作業を容易かつ迅速に遂行すること。【解決手段】高床パネル5は、金属製フレーム37間を前後に延びる複数の縦筋38aと、フレーム37間を左右に延びフレーム37に溶接される複数の横筋38bと、フレーム37内にて、縦筋38a及び横筋38bを埋設する板状のコンクリート39とから構成され、フレーム37は該フレーム37の外周壁となる垂直壁37dと該垂直壁37dの上下両端からフレーム37の内方へ延びる水平壁37eを有し、コンクリート39の充填後は垂直壁37dと水平壁37eによって形成される溝内に板状のコンクリート39が挟み込まれている。【選択図】図21
