The present invention relates to a double-bottom panel for a clean room. The double-bottom panel for a clean room according to the present invention has an optimized structure because lower ribs of a blind and/or perforated double-bottom panel forming an access floor are arranged diagonally and formed in an arch shape, and has an optimized aluminum alloy composition so as to satisfy weight reduction and high stiffness, which are incompatible and antinomical. Therefore, the present invention can reduce costs by reducing the entire weight of double bottoms formed by lots of double-bottom panels in construction of semiconductor fabs, TFT-LCD fabs, PDP fabs, and so on, and also reduce costs for a lower supporting structure of the double bottoms. The double-bottom panel comprises: a square flat plate; an edge lattice part having an outer wall, an inner wall and support angles located at four edges; a main rib for connecting a central rear wall part of the inner wall crosswise; auxiliary ribs having first to fourth auxiliary ribs diagonally located in an arch shape; and a plurality of posts having first posts located at regular intervals, a plurality of second posts and at least one third post formed on the first auxiliary ribs, wherein a plurality of second posts are formed on the second auxiliary ribs integrally by die-casting.
본 발명은 클린룸용 이중바닥 패널에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 클린룸용 이중바닥 패널은 액세스 플로어(access floor)를 구성하는 블라인드(blind) 및/또는 천공(perforated) 이중바닥 패널의 하부 리브를 대각선상으로 배치함과 아울러 아치상으로 형성함으로써 그 구조를 최적화함과 아울러, 알루미늄 합금 조성을 최적화함으로써 상호 양립하기 어려운 이율배반적인 요소인 경량화와 고강성화를 동시에 만족스럽게 충족시킨 클린룸용 이중바닥 패널을 제공하며, 따라서 반도체 팹(fab)이나, TFT-LCD 팹, PDP 팹 등의 건설에 있어서 수많은 이중바닥 패널로 이루어지는 이중바닥의 중량을 전체적으로 상당 부분 경량화함에 따른 비용 절감은 물론, 그에 따른 이중바닥 하부의 지지 구조에 대한 비용도 절감할 수가 있다.
