DIATOMITE WATER ABSORPTION PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
To provide a diatomite water absorption panel that can keep a surface clean state for a long term by controlling the humidity of air, as well as has an efficient bactericidal effect and advantageous for home life health, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A diatomite water absorption panel contains, as a component, diatomite of 20 to 60 parts by weight, strength class 32.5 cement of 24 to 32 parts by weight, lime of 4 to 12 parts by weight, shell powder of 5 to 11 parts by weight, quartz powder of 11 to 19 parts by weight, silkworm droppings of 4 to 12 parts by weight, lignocellulose of 9 to 15 parts by weight, and distilled water of 520 to 1260 parts by weight. The diatomite water absorption panel can absorb harmful gas in a room as well as adjust the humidity of air, and also has insecticidal antifungal property and environment noise reduction property, thereby improving the amenity of home life.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】空気の湿度を調節することで表面を長期間に亘ってクリーンな状態に保つことができるだけでなく、効率的な殺菌効果を有し、家庭生活の健康に有利な珪藻土吸水パネル及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】珪藻土吸水パネルであって、成分として、珪藻土２０〜６０重量部、強さクラス３２．５セメント２４〜３２重量部、石灰４〜１２重量部、貝類粉末５〜１１重量部、石英粉末１１〜１９重量部、蚕糞４〜１２重量部、リグノセルロース９〜１５重量部、蒸留水５２０〜１２６０重量部を含む。当該珪藻土吸水パネルは、室内の有害ガスを吸着できるだけでなく、空気の湿度を調整でき、さらに殺虫抗菌性及び環境ノイズ低減特性を有し、家庭生活の快適さを効果的に向上できる。【選択図】図１
