MANHOLE PUMP SYSTEM
To provide a manhole pump system which is capable of effectively suppressing power consumption by operation controlling start/stop of a pump while effectively utilizing capacity of a pump facility.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a manhole pump system for transporting sewage to a sewage treatment facility by multiple manhole pump devices each comprising a pump control device which starts a pump when a water level in a water tank becomes a start water level, and stops the pump when the water level becomes a stop water level thereafter. Each of the pump control devices is configured to set as the stop water level a first stop water level and a second stop water level that is set closer to the start water level with the first stop water level defined as a reference due to power consumption of the pump per unit water supply quantity, and configured to set any one of the first stop water level and the second stop water level as the stop water level with an inflow water quantity or an outflow water quantity to or from the water tank per predetermined time defined as an index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ポンプ設備の容量を有効に利用して、ポンプの起動、停止を制御して運転することにより消費電力量を効果的に抑制することが可能なマンホールポンプシステムを提供する。【解決手段】貯水槽の水位が起動水位になるとポンプを起動し、その後停止水位になるとポンプを停止するポンプ制御装置を備えた複数のマンホールポンプ装置により汚水を下水処理施設に搬送するマンホールポンプシステムであって、各ポンプ制御装置は、停止水位として、第1停止水位と、ポンプの単位送水量当たりの消費電力量に基づいて第1停止水位を基準にして起動水位側に設定された第2停止水位が設定可能に構成され、貯水槽に対する所定時間当たりの流入水量または流出水量を指標にして、第1停止水位と第2停止水位の何れか一方を停止水位に設定するように構成されている。【選択図】図3
