ELECTRONIC LOCK UNIT, HOME DELIVERY CONFIRMATION METHOD, AND HOME DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ASSISTANCE SYSTEM
To reduce the time and labor of a delivery person until completion of delivery by eliminating the need to repeatedly visit an owner's room, and to reduce anxiety of both an owner and a service provider when the person unlocks the room to enter while the owner is not at home.SOLUTION: An identification file of a delivery person is transmitted to an owner terminal 5 in advance, and when an owner confirms the delivery person who has arrived at a room through a TV phone, special authority information is transmitted from the owner terminal 5 to an electronic lock unit 10, and the electronic lock unit 10 is unlocked. An indoor side camera 12 provided in the electronic lock unit 10 seamlessly photographs a series of operations where a door D is opened, and the delivery person leaves a package P, and exits from the door D, acquired dynamic image data is transmitted to the owner terminal 5 via an assistance server 6, and the owner views a dynamic image. 【課題】 配達員がオーナーの部屋を繰り返し訪問する必要をなくして配達完了までの労力を少なくするとともに、オーナー不在時に開錠して人が入る際のオーナー及びサービス提供者双方の不安を軽減する。【解決手段】 配達員の身分証ファイルが予めオーナー端末５に送られ、部屋に到着した配達員をオーナーがテレビ電話により確認するとオーナー端末５から電子錠ユニット１０に特別権限情報が送られて電子錠ユニット１０が開錠される。電子錠ユニット１０が備えた室内側カメラ１２は、ドアＤが開いて配達員が荷物Ｐを置いてドアＤから出ていく一連の動作を途切れることなく撮影し、得られた動画データが支援サーバ６経由でオーナー端末５に送られ、動画をオーナーが閲覧する。閲覧したことの確認が支援サーバ６に送られる。【選択図】 図１５
