To provide an electric lock device for a home delivery box capable of performing an unlocking operation of a door of a home delivery box easily and reliably.SOLUTION: An electric lock device 20 installed at a door of a home delivery box includes: a power supply unit 21 independent for each home delivery box; an electric lock unit 26 for unlocking the door by the power supply from the power supply unit 21; a communication unit 27 for communicating with a portable terminal carried by a user of the home delivery box; a storage unit 25 for storing an unlocking condition; and a control unit 23 for comparing the information received from the portable terminal by the communication unit 27 with the unlocking condition stored in the storage unit 25. The control unit 23 orders the electric lock unit 26 to unlock the door when the information received from the portable terminal matches the unlocking condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
