To provide a surface protective agent that suppresses immersion of moisture content to a cement-based material and enhances the effect for suppression of penetration of substances other than water to the cement-based material, as well as facilitating enhanced permeability to the cement-based material.SOLUTION: A surface protection constituent contained in the surface protective agent includes (1) silane compound, (2) aliphatic acid or salt thereof, and (3) aliphatic acid amide, in which the content of the aliphatic acid or salt thereof on the surface protective agent is 0.5 mass% or more. The surface protection constituent may be solidified by ion exchange after application to the surface of cement-based material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 セメント系材料への水分の浸入を抑制し、かつセメント系材料への水以外の物質の侵入を抑制する効果を高めるとともに、セメント系材料に対する浸透性を高めることの容易な表面保護剤を提供する。【解決手段】 表面保護剤に含有される表面保護成分は、（１）シラン化合物と、（２）脂肪酸又はその塩と、（３）脂肪酸アマイドとを含有し、前記脂肪酸又はその塩の表面保護剤における含有量が０．５質量％以上であるとともに、セメント系材料の表面に適用した後にイオン交換により固化し得る。【選択図】図１
