FUEL CONSUMPTION AMOUNT MEASUREMENT SYSTEM OF WORKING MACHINE
To provide a fuel consumption amount measurement system of a working machine which can measure fuel consumption amounts similar to those at the actual execution of the following motions of a working machine operation motion, a turning body turning motion and a traveling motion without performing these motions.SOLUTION: A fuel consumption amount measurement system of a working machine comprises: a hydraulic pump (20) for supplying a working fluid to a backflow oil path (24); a pressure regulation valve (26) which can regulate the discharge pressure of the working fluid in the backflow oil path; an internal combustion engine (10) for driving the hydraulic pump; fuel consumption amount measurement devices (15, 16 and 100) for measuring fuel consumption amounts of the fuel of the internal combustion engine; and a control device (100) for storing load data (T(t)) equivalent to an actual operation load of the internal combustion engine as a target load, and controlling an output of the internal combustion engine by drive-controlling a capacity variable unit (21) of the hydraulic pump, or the pressure regulation valve so that a load acting on the internal combustion engine indicating a product of the discharge pressure and discharge amounts of the hydraulic pump reaches a target load, and controlling the output of the internal combustion engine. The fuel consumption amount measurement devices adjust the discharge amounts of the hydraulic pump by using the control device, or the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump by using the pressure regulation valve, and measure the fuel consumption amounts in a period in which the output of the internal combustion engine is controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業機の作業動作、旋回体の旋回動作及び走行動作を行うことなく、実際にそれらの動作を行った場合と同等の燃料消費量を測定することの可能な作業機械の燃料消費量測定システムを提供する。【解決手段】作動油を還流油路(24)に供給する油圧ポンプ(20)と、還流油路の作動油の吐出圧を調整可能な圧力調整弁(26)と、油圧ポンプを駆動する内燃機関(10)と、内燃機関の燃料の消費量を測定する燃料消費量測定装置(15,16,100)と、内燃機関の実働負荷に相当する負荷データ（Ｔ(t)）を目標負荷として記憶し、油圧ポンプの吐出圧と吐出量の積が示す内燃機関に作用する負荷が目標負荷となるよう油圧ポンプの容量可変ユニット(21) 或いは圧力調整弁を駆動制御し内燃機関の出力を制御する制御装置(100)とを備え、燃料消費量測定装置は、制御装置により油圧ポンプの吐出量或いは圧力調整弁によって油圧ポンプの吐出圧を調整し内燃機関の出力を制御した間の燃料消費量を測定する。【選択図】図１
