SEISMIC ISOLATION CONSTRUCTION
To provide a seismic isolation construction of which an upper structure body of a steel structure is hard to be deformed upon replacing a seismic isolation device.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation structure is provided with: a seismic isolation device 14 arranged on an upper surface of a lower structure body 12; a steel plate 20 secured on an upper part of the seismic isolation device 14 and extruding outside the seismic isolation device 14; and a concrete reinforced body 30 secured on an upper part of the steel plate 20, in which a connection part 16C between a column (a steel column 16A) on an upper structure body 16 of a steel structure and a beam (a steel beam 16B) is buried.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震装置を交換する際に鉄骨造の上部構造体が変形し難い免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】免震構造は、下部構造体12の上面に設置された免震装置14と、免震装置14の上部に固定され、免震装置14の外側へ突出した鋼製プレート20と、鋼製プレート20の上部に固定され、鉄骨造の上部構造体16における柱(鉄骨柱16A)と梁(鉄骨梁16B)との仕口部16Cが埋設されたコンクリート補強体30と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
