To provide a method capable of realizing an adequate home delivery box for a single family house and a small scale office and like in a simple configuration as improving user convenience.SOLUTION: A lock device 2 for a door on a home delivery box system 1 is a device arranged on an entrance door of a house annexed with a home delivery box 3. The lock device 2 for the door comprises: a lock unit 20 for the door locking/unlocking the entrance door in accordance with a user's lock operation or unlock operation; a display unit 30 displaying information to a user; an acquisition unit 53 acquiring a parcel arrival situation in a box body 60; and a door controller 54. In this situation, the door controller 54 notifies the user of a parcel arrival through controlling the display unit 30 upon the user's unlocking operation to the lock unit 20 for the door in the condition of the parcel arrival in the box body 60 as well as unlocks a box door 61 through controlling a lock device 70 for the box arranged on the home delivery box 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】一戸建て住宅や小規模なオフィス等に好適な宅配ボックスを、ユーザーの利便性を向上しつつ簡素な構成で実現する手法を提供する。【解決手段】宅配ボックスシステム１におけるドア用錠装置２は、宅配ボックス３が付設された住宅の玄関ドアに設けられる装置である。このドア用錠装置２は、ユーザーの施錠操作又は解錠操作に応じて玄関ドアの施錠又は解錠を行うドア用錠ユニット２０と、ユーザーに情報を表示する表示部３０と、ボックス本体６０内の着荷状況を取得する取得部５３と、ドア制御部５４とを有している。この場合、ドア制御部５４は、ドア用錠ユニット２０に対してユーザーの解錠操作が行われた状況において、ボックス本体６０内に荷物が着荷している場合には、表示部３０を制御して荷物の着荷を報知するとともに、宅配ボックス３に設けられたボックス用錠装置７０を制御してボックスドア６１の解錠を行う。【選択図】図２
