DOUBLE PIPING STRUCTURE AND DOUBLE PIPING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide double piping structure and a double piping construction method enabling double piping to be easily and inexpensively constructed in a short period of time and enabling a flow channel for leaked liquid in an outer pipe to be secured.SOLUTION: A plurality of inner pipes 2 are disposed on the inside of a plurality of outer pipes 1 along the lengthwise direction of the outer pipes 1, respectively. A plurality of support pipes 3 are each disposed at intervals in the lengthwise direction of the inner pipes 2. Each support pipe 3 is wound around each inner pipe 2 with a space 6 interposed between both ends 3a and 3b. A plurality of fastening components 4 penetrate through the interiors of the plurality of support pipes 3 and fasten the support pipes 3 to the inner pipes 2, respectively. The outer pipes 1 are connected to each other at their ends, and the inner pipes 2 are connected to each other at their ends. A space 6 between both ends 3a and 3b of the support pipe 3 are arranged below the inner pipe 2, and each support pipe 3 supports the inner pipe 2 inside the outer pipe 1. A leak sensor which passes through the space 6 is disposed inside the outer pipe 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】短時間で容易かつ安価に施工することができるとともに、外管内の漏液の流路を確保可能な二重配管構造および二重配管施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数の内管2がそれぞれ複数の外管1の長さ方向に沿って外管1の内部に配置される。複数の支持管3が内管2の長さ方向にそれぞれ間隔をあけて配置される。各支持管3はそれぞれ両端3a、3b間に空間6を空けるよう各内管2に巻き付けられる。複数の締付部材4がそれぞれ複数の支持管3の内部を貫通して支持管3を内管2に締め付けている。各外管1はそれぞれ端部が接続され、各内管2はそれぞれ端部が接続されている。各支持管3は両端3a、3b間の空間6を内管2の下方に配置して外管1の内部で内管2を支持する。外管1の内部に空間6を通る漏液センサが配置されている。【選択図】図1
