PIPING STRUCTURE AND PIPING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mainly provide a piping structure which is simple and good in workability, and has high cut-off performance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a piping structure that has piping 2 installed over between an inner part and an outer part of a building 1. The piping structure comprises a pipe body 11 buried in the foundation 3 of the building 1, a small-diameter pipe part 12 inserted into the pipe body 11, and a cut-off material 14 provided at a gap part 13 between the pipe body 11 and small-diameter pipe part 12. The pipe body 11 is linear, and installed obliquely in the foundation 3 to be open in the ground. The small-diameter pipe part 12 is composed of piping 2 having a smaller diameter than the pipe body 11. The cut-off material 14 has a first solid cut-off material 14a provided on an outdoor side 5, and a second fluid and curable cut-off material 14b charged and cured more on an outdoor side 4 than the first solid cut-off material 14a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主に、構造が簡単で施工性が良く、しかも、止水性の高い配管構造が安価に得られるようにする。【解決手段】建物1の内部と外部との間に跨って配管2が設置された配管構造に関する。建物1の基礎3に埋設された管体11と、管体11に挿通された小径管部12と、管体11と小径管部12との間隙部13に設けられた止水材14とを備える。管体11は、直管状をして、地中で開口するように基礎3に斜めに設置される。小径管部12は、管体11よりも径の小さい配管2によって構成される。止水材14は、屋外側5に設けられた固形の第1止水材14aと、固形の第1止水材14aよりも屋内側4に充填硬化された流動・硬化性の第2止水材14bと、を有している。【選択図】図1
