To provide a work machine connection device, a connection pin, a connection pin coupling device, a work machine connection method, and a connection pin removal method, in which the connection pin, which connects a plurality of structural members of a work machine and is disposed inside the structural members, can be easily inserted into a hole from the outside of the structural members.SOLUTION: A crane 10 includes a boom 16, a jib 18, a connection pin 70, and a pin removal tool 80. The boom 16 and the jib 18 are connected by inserting the connection pin 70 into a boom side hole 16Q of the boom 16, a jib side first hole 18Q and a jib side second hole 18S of the jib 18. An operator inserts a pin attaching/detaching tool 80 from the jib side first hole 18Q and engages with the connection pin 70. Thereafter, when the operator pulls the pin attaching/detaching tool 80, the connection pins 70 are sequentially inserted into the holes while being pulled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】作業機械の複数の構成部材同士を連結する連結ピンであって前記構成部材の内側に配置される連結ピンを前記構成部材の外側から孔部に容易に挿入することが可能な作業機械の連結装置、連結ピン、連結ピン装着器具、作業機械の連結方法および連結ピンの脱離方法を提供する。【解決手段】クレーン10は、ブーム16と、ジブ18と、連結ピン70と、ピン脱着ツール80と、を備える。ブーム16のブーム側孔部16Qとジブ18のジブ側第1孔部18Qおよびジブ側第2孔部18Sとに連結ピン70が挿入されることで、ブーム16とジブ18とが連結される。作業者は、ジブ側第1孔部18Q側からピン脱着ツール80を挿入し、連結ピン70に係合させる。その後、作業者がピン脱着ツール80を引くと、連結ピン70が引っ張られながら各孔部に順に挿入される。【選択図】図3
