PIN CONNECTION DEVICE, CONSTRUCTION MACHINE WITH PIN CONNECTION DEVICE, AND PIN RETAINING TOOL FOR PIN CONNECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin connection structure for connecting two members overlapped in a vertical or horizontal direction that offers high pin fall-off prevention effect.SOLUTION: A pin connection structure is for connecting a swing bracket to an upper frame that constitutes a revolving superstructure of a shovel, with upper and lower vertical connection pins. A pin retaining tool 36 is fitted on a lower boss part 26, assuming that a lower connection pin 34 is inserted in an upward direction from below and capped with a lock pin 31 at a top edge for preventing fall-off. The pin retaining tool 36 is U-shaped having a pair of upper and lower holding plates 37, 38, and a lower edge surface of the connection pin 34 that passes through a pin insertion hole 40 of the upper holding plate 37 is received and supported by a pin receiving surface 41 of the lower holding plate 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】二部材を上下または水平方向に重ねてピン連結する構造において、高いピン脱落防止効果を得る。【解決手段】ショベルの上部旋回体を構成するアッパーフレームにスイングブラケットを上下二本の垂直な連結ピンで連結する構造であって、下側連結ピン34を下方から上向きに挿入して上端部でロックピン31によって抜け止めする構造を前提として、下部ボス部26にピン保持具36を装着する。ピン保持具36は、上下一対の挟持板37,38を備えたコの字板状に形成し、上側挟持板37のピン通し穴40を通過した連結ピン34の下端面を、下側挟持板38のピン受け面41で受け止めて支持する構成とした。【選択図】図6
