DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND LAMINATED CERAMIC CAPACITOR
To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having good characteristics, especially good IR characteristics and high-temperature load life even under high electric field intensity.SOLUTION: There is provided a dielectric ceramic composition comprising a main component composed of a perovskite compound represented by the compositional formula (BaSrCa)(TiZr)O(wherein, all of the m, x, y and z represent a molar ratio and satisfy 0.9≤m≤1.1, 0≤x≤0.5, 0≤y≤0.3, 0≤(x+y)≤0.6 and 0.03≤z≤0.3) and a first sub-component composed of an oxide of a rare earth element R, wherein the dielectric ceramic composition comprises dielectric particles and a grain boundary, the dielectric particles contain all solid solution particles in which Zr is solid-solved in the entire dielectric particles and when the concentration of the Ti atom in the dielectric ceramic composition is defined as 100 atm%, the Zr concentration in the dielectric ceramic composition is defined as Za and when the concentration of the Ti atom in all solid solution particles is defined as 100 atm%, the average concentration of Zr in all solid solution particles is defined as Zb, the expression,0.7<(Zb/Za) is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高い電界強度下においても良好な特性、特にIR特性および高温負荷寿命の良好な誘電体磁器組成物を提供する。【解決手段】組成式(Ba1−x−ySrxCay)m(Ti1−ZZrZ)O3で表されるペロブスカイト型化合物(ただし、前記m、x、y、zは全てモル比を示し、0.9≦m≦1.1、0≦x≦0.5、0≦y≦0.3、0≦(x+y)≦0.6、0.03≦z≦0.3を満たす)からなる主成分と、希土類元素Rの酸化物からなる第1副成分とを含み、誘電体磁器組成物は誘電体粒子と粒界とを含み、誘電体粒子はZrが誘電体粒子全体に固溶している全固溶粒子を含み、誘電体磁器組成物におけるTi原子の濃度を100原子%とした場合の、誘電体磁器組成物におけるZr濃度をZaとし、全固溶粒子におけるTi原子の濃度を100原子%とした場合の、全固溶粒子におけるZrの平均濃度をZbとした際に、0.7<(Zb/Za)を満足する。【選択図】なし
