To provide an easy manufacturing method of projected corner material.SOLUTION: Cutting a tabular base material 100 forms a plurality of projected corner material members 200 each of which has a vertical cut-off end face 21 that is parallel to the direction of the plate's thickness and a slant cut-off end face 22 that is inclined from the direction of the plate's thickness. A projected corner material 300 is fabricated by joining the slant cut-off end faces 22 with each other of a plurality of the projected corner material members 200. The base material 100 has a recess 11 on its surface. The recess 11 is used as reference to determine a cut-off position for creating the vertical cut-off end face 21. The vertical cut-off end face 21 is created by cutting the base material 100 along the direction in which the recess 11 extends. The slant cut-off end face 22 is created by cutting the base material 100 at a point in a slant-cut-off area 13 on the base material 100 where no recess 11 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
