To provide a projected corner material which is superior in appearance and easy to manufacture.SOLUTION: Cutting a base material 100, which is provided with an inclined plane 15 on its surface, along the direction perpendicular to the inclination direction of the inclined plane 15 creates a pair of projected corner material members 200 each of which has a cut surface to be a slant cut-off end face 22. A projected corner material 300 is fabricated by joining the slant cut-off end face 22 of one of the projected corner material members 200 with the slant cut-off end face 22 of the other projected corner material member 200. The protrusion from the tip 26 of a joint of one of the slant cut-off end face 22 with the other slant cut-off end face 22 to the tip 25a of one or the other slant cut-off end face measures less than 2 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
