LENGTH ADJUSTMENT HANDRAIL STRUCTURE FOR TEMPORARY SCAFFOLD
To provide a new length adjustment handrail structure for temporary scaffold.SOLUTION: A temporary scaffold has a length adjustment handrail 40 provided between supports 1 and 1 that have not a width conforming to the standard. The adjustment handrail 40 consists of a rectangular cylindrical body 41 and a wedge piece 45. The cylindrical body 41 has a long hole 42 opened to the upper and lower surfaces and a long hole 43 opened to one side face formed on both sides in a length direction, respectively. A flange 11 is fitted into the side face long hole 43 of the cylindrical body 41 acting as the handrail and is mounted to the support 1, an engagement piece is fitted into an engagement hole 12 of the flange 11, and the cylindrical body 41 is fixed and mounted to the column 1. At this time, it corresponds to the width between the supports 1 and 1 by the position adjustment in the length direction of the wedge piece 45 in the long holes 42 and 43. The wedge piece 45 is retained in and is not separated from the cylindrical body 41 by a stopper 48. The flange 11 enters into the cylindrical body 41 and the cylindrical body 41 has rectangle cylinder, so the handrail 40 prevents narrowing of a gap between the front-rear supports 1 and 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】仮設足場用長さ調整手摺構造の新規なものを提供する。【解決手段】仮設足場において、規格通りの幅でない支柱1、1間にこの長さ調整手摺り40を設ける。この調整手摺り40は、四角筒体41とクサビ片45とからなる。筒体41は、その長さ方向の両側に、上下面に開口する長孔42、一側面に開口する長孔43がそれぞれ形成されている。手摺りをなす筒体41にフランジ11を側面長孔43に嵌めて支柱1に宛がい、係止片をフランジ11の係止孔12に嵌め込んで、筒体41を支柱1に固定して取り付ける。このとき、長孔42、43内におけるクサビ片45のその長さ方向の位置調整によって、支柱1、1間の幅に対応する。クサビ片45は筒体41に止め具48でもって抜け止して離反しない。この手摺り40は、フランジ11が筒体41内に入り込んでいるとともに、筒体41が四角筒であることから、前後の支柱1、1間も狭くすることも少ない。【選択図】図2
