To provide a method for easily and correctly constructing a wall rack in which a position and a capacity of a shelf board can be always changed by only a simple work, although the wall rack is a built-in type.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for constructing a wall rack 1 formed of: a channel material 2 whose cross section is a turned U shape; flush panels 3 including respectively, a core material and a front panel; shelf boards 4; and wedge members for fixing the shelf board 4 to the channel material 2. In the method, after fixing the flush panel 3 at a proper position on a construction object surface W, the upper stage flush panel 3 is arranged and fixed to the construction object surface W with a gap equal to a height dimension of a principal part of the channel material 2 above the flush panel, then the channel material 2 is inserted into the space and is fixed. When fixing the flush panel 3, first, the core material is machine screw fastened and then the front panel is stuck to a surface of the core material in an indoor side with an adhesive agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】造り付けでありながら、棚板の位置や容量を、簡単な作業だけでいつでも自由に変更することができる壁面ラックを、容易に、かつ、正確に施工することができる方法を提供する。【解決手段】断面がコの字状のチャンネル材2と、芯材及び表側パネルをそれぞれ含むフラッシュパネル3と、棚板4と、棚板4をチャンネル材2に対して固定する楔材とによって構成される壁面ラック1を施工する方法であって、施工対象面Wの適切な位置にフラッシュパネル3を固定した後、その上方に、チャンネル材2の主要部の高さ寸法分と等しい間隔を置いて、上段のフラッシュパネル3を施工対象面Wに配置して固定し、それらの間のスペースにチャンネル材2を挿入して固定する。フラッシュパネル3を固定する際、まず芯材をビス止めし、その後、芯材の室内側の面に表側パネルを接着剤で貼り付ける。【選択図】図1
