GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE USING MECHANICAL STIRRING DEEP LAYER MIXING METHOD
To provide an all directions ground improvement method and device which can construct a ground improvement pile and a ground improvement body with a desired cross section shape such as underground enlarged diameter and underground bent improvement pile in all directions and which can reduce cost with high workability.SOLUTION: An excavation and stirring device 6 is installed at a lower end of a rotation device in which a vertical rotation body 3 including a vertical portion connected to a horizontal axis portion and freely rotating in a vertical plane is installed at a lower end of a horizontal rotating body including a horizontal portion pivotally supported by a vertical axis portion and freely rotating in a horizontal plane. An upper end of the rotation device is attached to a lower end of a rod 1. As necessary, the rotation device makes the excavation and stirring device 6 inclined in a desired direction S in a vertical plane and rotated in a desired direction in a horizontal plane, and stirring deep layer mixing treatment is performed. A ground improvement pile and a ground improvement body with a desired shape are constructed in a desired range in all directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中での拡径や、地中で曲った改良抗など全方位において所望の断面形状の地盤改良杭や地盤改良体を造成でき、施工性よく、低廉化が図れる全方位地盤改良工法と装置を提供する。【解決手段】水平軸部に接続されて鉛直面で回転自在な垂直部を備えた鉛直回転体3が、垂直軸部に軸支されて水平面で回転自在な水平部を備えた水平回転体の下端に設置されて成る回転装置の下端に、掘削撹拌装置6が設置され、回転装置の上端がロッド1の下端に取り付けられており、必要に応じて、回転装置により掘削撹拌装置6を鉛直面の所望方向Sに傾斜させると共に、水平面の所望方向に回転させ、撹拌深層混合処理を行い、所望形状の地盤改良杭や地盤改良体を全方位の所望範囲に造成する。【選択図】図1
