STIRRING AND MIXING DEVICE FOR MECHANICAL STIRRING AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD USING THE SAME
To provide a stirring and mixing device capable of constructing an improvement body with excellent construction efficiency and high quality.SOLUTION: A stirring and mixing device 11 comprises rotational axis 21 and stirring blades 41, 42, wherein the stirring blade 41 is provided with a plurality of discharge ports discharging improving material guided through a passage 23 of a rotational axis. The plurality of the discharge ports are connected to a passage within the rotational axis and are positioned respectively at different distances from the rotational axis 21. Employment of these configuration allows a homogeneity improved body to be constructed as the improving material is delivered evenly over a stirring and mixing area through discharging the improving material from the plurality of the discharging ports at different distances from the rotational axis 21 into the ground. Also, Time necessary for stirring and mixing may be reduced dramatically relative to time necessary for discharging from one port. Further, the passage 23 with which the rotational axis 21 is provided has branched to independent passages 31 to 33 on the way, wherein these independent passages are connected independently to the plurality of discharging ports with which the stirring blades 41 are provided. Employment of this branched structure allows divided discharge of the improving material to be smoothly performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工能率が高く高品質の改良体を造成できる攪拌混合装置を提供する。【解決手段】攪拌混合装置11は回転軸21と攪拌翼41,42を有しており、攪拌翼41は、回転軸の流路23を介して導かれた改良材を吐出するための複数の吐出口を具備する。複数の吐出口は、回転軸内の流路に繋がっていて、回転軸21から異なる距離に位置する。このような構成を採用し、回転軸21から異なる距離にある複数の吐出口から改良材を地盤内に投入することで、改良材が攪拌混合域に均等に行き渡り均質な改良体を効率よく構築できる。また、1ヶ所からの吐出に比べて攪拌混合時間が大幅に短縮する。また、回転軸21が具備する流路23は、その途中で個別流路31〜33に分岐しており、これらの個別流路は、攪拌翼41が具備する複数の吐出口に対し個別に繋がっている。このような分岐構造を採用することで、改良材の分割投入をスムーズに行うことができる。【選択図】図1
