To provide a skeleton earthquake-resistant building, a construction method of skeleton earthquake-resistant building and a renewal method which facilitate improvement of earthquake performance after construction completion and renewal of construction members after earthquake or fire disaster.SOLUTION: A skeleton earthquake-resistant building is configured to be provided with: a skeleton structure 12 made of fireproof members as a building skeleton having minimum required load performance to support vertical load; and functioning components 14 (20) separatably arranged on the skeleton structure 12 and designated to be broken prior to the skeleton structure 12 when predetermined lateral load is applied to a building 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】竣工後に耐震性能を向上したり、地震や火災後に構造部材を更新することが容易なスケルトン耐震建物、スケルトン耐震建物の建設方法および更新方法を提供する。【解決手段】耐火部材からなり、鉛直荷重を支持するのに必要最小限の耐荷重性能を有する建物躯体としてのスケルトン構造12と、このスケルトン構造12に分離可能に設けられ、建物10に所定の水平荷重が作用すると、スケルトン構造12に先行して破壊する性能部材14(20)とを備えるようにする。【選択図】図1
