SUSPENSION MOUNT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a suspension mount with improved longitudinal strength and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A suspension mount comprises a support portion that supports the equipment unit, a pair of fixing portions that are provided at both ends of the support portion, extend above the support portion and are fixed to the base, and a reinforcing material, in which each of the pair of fixing portions is formed integrally with the support portion, the central region of the support portion is a cylinder having a rectangular cross section, and includes an upper plate, a lower plate, a first side plate, and a second side plate, at least one of the pair of fixing portions has a folding region having an upper surface portion, a lower surface portion, a first bent portion, and a second bent portion, and the first bent portion and the second bent portion connect one end in the width direction of the upper surface portion and one end in the width direction of the lower surface portion, and the first bent portion and the second bent portion are bent inward so as to approach each other, the upper surface portion, the lower surface portion, the first bent portion, and the second bent portion extend from the upper plate, the lower plate, the first side plate, and the second side plate, and the reinforcing material is provided between the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the folding region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
