To provide a heat insulation panel having excellent bending strength and an outside heat insulation wall structure having excellent earthquake resistance.SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel of this invention includes a phenol resin foam whose length in a short side direction is 800 mm to 1100 mm and whose length in a long side direction is equal to or larger than 1100 mm. There are included, in the phenol resin foam, a plurality of parts which extend in a belt-like shape along the long side direction and which have high density in which an increasing rate of density of the parts to density of parts adjacent the parts is equal to or larger than 1.0%. Number of the parts having high density is equal to or more than 8 per one meter in the short direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、曲げ強度に優れる断熱パネルを提供することを目的とする。また、耐震性に優れる外張り断熱壁構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の断熱パネルは、短辺方向の長さが８００ｍｍ以上１１００ｍｍ以下であり、長辺方向の長さが１１００ｍｍ以上であるフェノール樹脂発泡体を含む断熱パネルであって、前記フェノール樹脂発泡体内に、前記長辺方向に沿って帯状に延びる部分であって、当該部分と隣接する部分の密度に対する前記当該部分の密度の増加率が１．０％以上である密度が高い部分を複数有し、前記密度が高い部分が、前記短辺方向の長さ１ｍあたり８個以上あることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
