OUTSIDE HEAT-INSULATION WALL METHOD AND OUTSIDE HEAT-INSULATION WALL THEREBY
The present invention relates to an external heat insulation method, and an external heat insulation wall by the same. A first form tie is used to fix a composite insulation plate as an outer form on a gang form. A second form tie is used to fix a nut for fixing a gang form to be buried. A third form tie is fixed on the first form tie, and bars are arranged. Then an inner form is erected, and concrete is poured and cured. Then the third form tie remains and the first and the second form tie are removed from the outside of the gang form to simultaneously perform construction of a concrete wall and external heat insulation construction without a problem of damage to an exterior insulator for fixing a gang form or a need for post attachment of an exterior insulator for a remaining portion. Since an upper floor of the gang form can be fixed by using the previously buried nut for fixing a gang form to lift the gang form to the upper floor and then screwing and fixing a lower end of the gang form on the nut for fixing a gang form by an anchor bolt or the like, construction efficiency and economic efficiency are excellent by reducing the number of processes and shortening construction time. Since form work is performed in an internal space of a construction target, a work space is easily secured and safety is easily secured. The previously buried nut for fixing a gang form is used to easily and efficiently perform external scaffold installation.
본 발명은 외단열 공법 및 그에 따른 외단열 벽체에 관한 것으로서, 갱폼에 제1 폼 타이를 이용하여 외거푸집으로서의 복합단열판재를 고정하는 한편, 제2 폼 타이를 이용하여 매립하고자 하는 갱폼 고정용 너트를 고정하고, 제1 폼 타이에 제3 폼 타이를 고정하고, 배근 후, 내거푸집을 세우고, 콘크리트를 타설, 양생한 후, 제3 폼 타이는 잔류시키고, 제1 및 제2 폼 타이를 갱폼의 외부로부터 제거함으로써, 갱폼 고정을 위한 외단열재 훼손의 문제나 자투리부에 대한 외단열재 후붙임의 필요성이 전혀 없이, 콘크리트 벽체의 시공과 함께 외단열 시공을 동시 수행함과 아울러, 미리 매립한 갱폼 고정용 너트를 이용하여 갱폼을 상층으로 양중한 후 그하단부를 앵커볼트 등으로 갱폼 고정용 너트에 나사 고정하는 것에 의해 갱폼의 상층 고정이 가능하므로, 공정수 절감 및 공기 단축으로 인한 우수한 시공 효율성 및 경제성을 지니며, 거푸집 작업이 건축 대상물의 내부 공간에서 이루어지므로 작업 공간의 확보가 용이함과 아울러, 안전 확보에 유리하며, 미리 매립시킨 갱폼 고정용 너트를 이용하여 외부 비계의 설치를 용이하고도 효율적으로 수행할 수가 있다.

본 발명은 외단열 공법 및 그에 따른 외단열 벽체에 관한 것으로서, 갱폼에 제1 폼 타이를 이용하여 외거푸집으로서의 복합단열판재를 고정하는 한편, 제2 폼 타이를 이용하여 매립하고자 하는 갱폼 고정용 너트를 고정하고, 제1 폼 타이에 제3 폼 타이를 고정하고, 배근 후, 내거푸집을 세우고, 콘크리트를 타설, 양생한 후, 제3 폼 타이는 잔류시키고, 제1 및 제2 폼 타이를 갱폼의 외부로부터 제거함으로써, 갱폼 고정을 위한 외단열재 훼손의 문제나 자투리부에 대한 외단열재 후붙임의 필요성이 전혀 없이, 콘크리트 벽체의 시공과 함께 외단열 시공을 동시 수행함과 아울러, 미리 매립한 갱폼 고정용 너트를 이용하여 갱폼을 상층으로 양중한 후 그하단부를 앵커볼트 등으로 갱폼 고정용 너트에 나사 고정하는 것에 의해 갱폼의 상층 고정이 가능하므로, 공정수 절감 및 공기 단축으로 인한 우수한 시공 효율성 및 경제성을 지니며, 거푸집 작업이 건축 대상물의 내부 공간에서 이루어지므로 작업 공간의 확보가 용이함과 아울러, 안전 확보에 유리하며, 미리 매립시킨 갱폼 고정용 너트를 이용하여 외부 비계의 설치를 용이하고도 효율적으로 수행할 수가 있다.
