STAIRCASE
To provide a staircase that can suppress the vibration of a building while ensuring the degree of freedom of design of the building.SOLUTION: A staircase body composed of a kicking portion and a tread surface portion, part or all of which are formed of an energy absorbing member that absorbs vibration energy, an upper fixing part for fixing the upper end of the staircase body to the upper floor building frame, a lower fixing portion for fixing a lower end portion of the staircase body to a lower floor building frame, a vertical girder having an upper end supported by the upper floor building frame and a lower end supported by the lower floor building frame in which at least one of the upper end or the lower end is allowed to move in the length direction, and a support portion that is provided on vertical girder and supports the tread surface portion of the staircase body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
