CONCRETE COMPACTION DEGREE JUDGMENT METHOD, CONCRETE COMPACTION DEGREE JUDGMENT DEVICE
To provide a concrete compaction degree judgment method capable of confirming that a desired compaction degree has been achieved even with concrete having normal fluidity.SOLUTION: The judgment method of the present invention includes a measuring step of irradiating the concrete filled in the mold with radiation and measuring the radiation that has passed through the concrete with an RI measuring instrument installed outside the mold. In the measurement process, radiation is measured continuously or discretely while compacting or compacting concrete, and it is determined that compaction is complete when the measurement value indicated by the RI measuring instrument converges in a predetermined value area or when the measurement value indicated by the RI measuring instrument reaches the predetermined value area. In this method, the density of concrete can be calculated by measuring radiation, and the degree of concrete compaction can be known from the value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】通常の流動性を有するコンクリートであっても所望の締固め度合いが達成されたことを確認することができる、コンクリートの締固め度判定方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の判定方法は、型枠の中に充填されたコンクリートに放射線を照射しコンクリートを通過した放射線を型枠の外に設置したRI計測器により計測する計測工程を有する。計測工程では、コンクリートを締め固めながら又は締め固めた後に、放射線の計測を連続的又は離散的に行い、RI計測器が示す計測値が所定の値領域に収束した時点、又は、RI計測器が示す計測値が所定の値領域内に達した時点を締固め完了と判断する。この方法では、放射線の計測によってコンクリートの密度を算出することができ、その値からコンクリートの締固め度合いを知ることができる。【選択図】図2
