UNDERGROUND PIPE PROTECTION METHOD AND PROTECTION STRUCTURE
To provide an underground pipe protection method and protection structure capable of appropriately preventing either breakage or damage of a resin underground pipe by a drilling machine.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an underground pipe protection method and protection structure characterized in that a gate-shaped frame is arranged to be spaced apart in a pipe axis direction to cover the underground pipe installed in a drilled groove, two protection side plates are installed vertically at both side surfaces of the gate-shaped frame, thereafter back-fill soil is put into the drilled groove, re-pressed to fill the soil up to upper ends of the side plates, upper plates for upper surface protection are put, then the re-fill underground pipe is protected by the refill soil, the two side plates installed at the gate-shaped frame are made of resin, the side plates are connected by some connecting beams so as to prevent the side plates from being curved outside like a bow-shape with rolling compaction of the back-fill soil, they can be removed when the connecting beams prevent rolling compaction and the underground soil can be uniformly rolled in compaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】掘削機器による樹脂製地中埋設管の破損や損傷から適切に防止できる埋設管の防護方法及び防護構造を提供する。【解決手段】掘削溝内に設置された埋設管を覆うように、門型フレームを管軸方向に間隔を隔てて配置し、該門型フレームの両側面に防護用側板を二枚垂直に設置し、その後埋戻土を掘削溝内に入れ、転圧し該側板の上端まで埋戻し、その後上面防護用上板を載せた後、埋設土で埋戻し埋設管を防護する方法において、前記門型フレームに設置する二枚の該側板を樹脂製とし、前記側板が埋め戻し土の転圧で弓状に外側に広がらないように前記側板を連結梁で連結し、該連結梁が転圧の妨げになる時は取外し可能とし、埋設土を均一に転圧できるようにことを特徴とする埋設管の防護方法及び防護構造。【選択図】図10
