REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF WOODEN BUILDING AND REINFORCING METHOD
To allow easy construction by reducing man-hours and to secure necessary seismic damping performance by preventing out-of-plane deformation and rotational deformation.SOLUTION: The reinforcing structure of a wooden building comprises a first support plate 11A fixed to the upper side of a frame 1, a second support plate 11B fixed to the lower side of the frame 1, and a seismic damping part 12 connected between the first support plate 11A and the second support plate 11B. The seismic damping part 12 is provided with a first seismic damping plate 15 connected to the first support plate 11A, a second seismic damping plate 16 connected to the second support plate 11B, and a viscoelastic body 17 connected between the first seismic damping plate 15 and the second seismic damping plate 16. Between a pair of columns 4, 4, a regulation material 24A coming in contact with an end of the first support plate 11A in the first seismic damping plate 15 from a front face side of the frame 1, and a regulation material 24B coming in contact with the end of the second support plate 11B in the second seismic damping plate 16 from the front face side of the frame 1 are installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
