ROLLING COMPACTION NUMBER PREDICTION SYSTEM AND ROLLING COMPACTION METHOD
To solve the problems of conventional technology, i.e., and to provide a rolling compaction number prediction system that enables rolling compaction at an optimum number of times by predicting the required number of rolling compaction times and provides high-quality embankment, and a rolling compaction method using the same.SOLUTION: A rolling compaction number prediction system of the present invention is a system for predicting the necessary number of rolling compaction for embankment based on the variable physical property value, comprises learning means, variable physical property value measuring means, variable physical property value predicting means, rolling compaction number calculating means, and may comprises further rolling compaction path setting means. The learning means generates a variation model indicating the relationship between the number of rolling compaction and the variable physical property value based on the learning data set, and the variable physical property predicting means predicts the variable physical property value based on the variable model or the like. Then, the rolling compaction number calculating means obtains the necessary rolling compaction number based on the reference variable physical property value and the predicted variable physical property value. The rolling compaction path setting means sets a future rolling compaction path based on the required number of rolling compaction times for each small area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち必要転圧回数を予測することで最適回数での転圧を可能とし高品質の盛土を提供する転圧回数予測システムと、これを用いた転圧方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の転圧回数予測システムは、変動物性値に基づいて盛土の必要転圧回数を予測するシステムであり、学習手段と、変動物性値計測手段、変動物性値予測手段、転圧回数算出手段を備えたものであり、さらに転圧経路設定手段を備えたものとすることもできる。学習手段が学習データセットに基づいて転圧回数と変動物性値の関係を示す変動モデルを生成し、変動物性値予測手段が変動モデル等に基づいて変動物性値を予測する。そして転圧回数算出手段が基準変動物性値と予測変動物性値に基づいて必要転圧回数を求める。転圧経路設定手段は、小領域ごとの必要転圧回数に基づいて今後の転圧経路を設定する。【選択図】図2
